- Used to indicate that something has to be done fast, immediately. Origin: used by Navy carrier crew, I believe in order to shorten radio transmissions.

- Someone that steals, almost professionally. Usually clothes.

- Origin speculation: stems from net it out, or bottom line, refers to someone who doesn't understand what's happening. Also, pure speculation: as a pun, refers to the loony bin net that ought to be used on this person.
