  • to have good things happen even though you don't deserve them, you never try, you have no talent and you suck.

    Coined and popularized by MTV Canada's MTV Live program.
    Person A: I can't believe it man, I puked on her at the club and she still came home with me.

    Person B: Wow, you totally paulbagged that one.
    You won the lottery even though you're on welfare? What a paulbag you are!
